The reception team need to be re-educated. Whilst there are some very good and helpful receptionists there is one I observed yesterday who was rude & unprofessional. It was embarrassing to watch the behaviour and let the surgery down.

The surgery is extremely nice I have not actually seen my usual GP for awhile, however I have seen some of the other GP's for minor issues. The reception staff are quiet helpful and reception area is very welcoming. I have actually recommended family members who are now patients at the surgery. Well done

What is great about the service is my GP doctor Richi Chopra who is an excellent caring doctor. The receptionist are kind and very helpful. The reception are could be a little cleaner with some magazines.

I have used this surgery for the last few years. All of the doctors have been professional, kind and helpful. The same day call back service is fantastic if you don't know whether or not you need to see a GP urgently. The nurses (especially Sarah) are wonderful and knowledgeable. When I was very ill the doctors were quick to get me the care I needed and the consultants at St Mary's also commented on how excellent they had been. The only downside is trying to get an appointment. I feel for the reception staff... it's a busy surgery and as with most GP practices there aren't enough hours in the day. I know people complain that they have to wait ages for their appointment, but honestly I think it's because the doctors spend as much time as they need with their patients and don't just boot them out after 10 minutes. Personally I'd rather wait for better care.
